If you need to update your address or address is incorrect, please email me or DM @voltagehypecreations or @voltagehypedesigns ASAP, changes will not be accepted if not contacted within 24 hours or BEFORE shipped!
Once shipped, no changes can be made and order will not be replaced! (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Please make sure you have entered your address correctly, we are not liable for orders lost due to this reason

Shipping/Processing Time (For Custom Products) : The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Processing time depends on my order load and begins once I receive the shoes from store that it is ordered from. Order must be officially and completely processed in order for processing time to begin.
Estimated time is from 3-4 weeks to about 5-6 weeks.
Returns and Exchanges: I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
All products are made to order and all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, nor give refunds due to shoes being a specific size and being hand painted. Policy applies to all items.
Please be 100% sure of your sizing before placing your order.
Only Exception on Refunds: a refund may only be given if the size you ordered is not available online or in stores. I will contact you if this is the case on what can be done or if a refund will be given. Please take a look at the shoe brands website to make sure your size is in stock to prevent the trouble of having to refund if it is not.
Solutions to this may be having the shoes be in women’s sizing or (if under 6 men’s) youth sizing.
Please keep in mind that once your order is in the hands of the mail carrier I do not respond. You will have to contact them first and see to the problem.
Signature Insurance: I always ship my orders with signature confirmation but due to COVID-19 certain mail carriers no longer do this for the time being to prevent face to face contact. Due to this please keep track of your order once shipped to prevent the trouble of missing or stolen packages because I do not respond to any problems that may occur. Contact must be kept with the mail carrier if there are any problems
Tracking number will be given once shipped.

FAQs ⚡️
- My package was not delivered/is lost/ was stolen/ Mail Carrier made a mistake- What do I do?
Before you contact me about your order the first thing you must do is contact the mail carrier and file a missing package case. There are times when the package is missing or marked as delivered because it is being returned to the sender. Usually there was a delivery attempt made but they were unable to leave it. These problems are issues with the mail carrier and need to be taken up with them first before contacting me and will be the same thing I say before I can help further.
- How long will my order take?
As mentioned in shop policies, it will depend on my order load and on the processing time. Estimated time for shipping is 3-4 weeks to sometimes 5-6 weeks. Please take a look at the shop policy for shipping time.
- Taking care of your Customs*
Do NOT scratch, rub, or peel to preserve longevity. You can wear them on a daily basis just know if you’re shoes or paint/ design is damaged. It is your responsibility to take of them. I am not responsible. (Paint is water resistant)
LV Drip Af1s:
The paint will not come off unless scuffed specifically the mid sole where it the drip ends touches. This area must be taken care off because of it’s delicacy.
Off-White x Vans:
The paint will not come off unless scuffed specifically the mid sole where it says “VANS”. This area must be taken care off since it is not written in paint but instead with sharpie. Do NOT scratch, rub, or peel to preserve longevity. Especially the mid-sole of the shoe (the “VANS” word ) because of its delicacy.
